Tom Shrader’s Legacy

Throughout Tom’s life, his sense of humor, candor, and extraordinary teaching impacted thousands of lives. This page is devoted to the many stories you, his listeners, have shared. During Tom’s last few years on earth, Tom struggled with many health issues yet was persistent in sharing God’s word. Toward the end of 2018, Tom began his battle with skin cancer, which aggressively metastasized throughout his body. During his last few days, Tom continued his special sense of humor and wit. He was surrounded by Hawkeye memorabilia and family as was peacefully promoted to heaven on January 13, 2019.
